I have a moment now and would like to thank you, on behalf of Siobhan and myself, for all the help you offered us to get the Audi A6 we bought off you in February. If you recall it had a problem and was pulling to the left. You went out of your way to get it sorted for us and even sent one of your pals to collect one of the courtesy vehicles and replaced it for us; and then you brought the Audi back to us just before Easter so we could drive it down to Wales. That is what I call customer service. The car is working perfectly now and we are all very happy with it. We would just like to commend you for the very professional and personal way you dealt with us from the very beginning and we would not hesitate to recommend you to friends and family who may be looking to replace their present car, and who want to know of a dealer they can put their faith in. You are a very astute businessman Jay, and we really appreciated the fact that you went beyond the call of duty for us.

Just a couple of words to convey my appreciation for the help and cooperation, that you have given me in getting the car over successfully to Malta. All has been settled, transfers arranged and the car duly registered in my name.
At last, I also managed to take some time off from work, and go back to the island, and spend some time enjoying my car. It has surpassed my expectations, and I have to say that it is a joy to drive, and although there will be the little bits you expect from a 7-year old car, it is in excellent condition throughout.

I bought a black CLK from you just over a year ago in February. I've been meaning to write to you for awhile but of course things get put on the back burner.
I just wanted to let you know how pleased we have been with the car and the service that we received. When we were originally looking for a car we visited a lot of different dealers, both local and not so local. Yours was probably the furthest we travelled but we both felt that we had found a place that we were happy with. Your family made us feel very at ease (I think we met them all!) and were both friendly and helpful. You managed to find us the car that we wanted within a short space of time and it met all the criteria. Despite the fact there were a few niggles when it first came to you, you agreed to sort these out, most notably the sunroof. When this had been fixed we met your brother Vish at a service station to swap cars. He said after driving it he was tempted with one himself! Vish kindly invited us to your annual barbecue but unfortunately we couldn't make it.
Needless to say we have been extremely pleased with the car and have enjoyed the motoring so far. When we do eventually decide to get a different car I am sure that we will be contacting you again. I have also told friends and family about your business and the excellent service that we received.
